Every order we receive feels special, and we pack each item with extra attention so it reaches the customer in perfect condition.

But despite all our efforts, there’s one thing we cannot control—how delivery partners handle our products. And that’s where our biggest heartbreak lies.

So many times, customers receive their orders broken or damaged. Do you know how painful it feels?
